How vision AI earns its keep on the line
Lock the job, mount the cameras, define the defect — then starve any demo that cannot read live product. Ownership beats another pilot slide.
Most vision pilots die in the conference room: polished slides, synthetic defect packs, nobody named on the alert. On a packaging line that ships every shift, the brief has to say which SKU fails, who owns the reject chute, and what “good enough” means in percent before cameras leave the crate.
